Our tour includes two local bar or restaurant stops (30 – 40 minutes each), a rockin sound system, LED lights, plenty of ice, cups, photo ops, and your very own DJ aka tour guide. Yes, however, there are a few rules regarding this.

1. Beer, wine, hard sodas, and ciders are permitted. NO GLASS. We offer plastic wine bottles & cups if needed.
2. NO HARD LIQUOR is allowed.
3. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed from a plastic cup or container on the bike and may not be taken off the bike (opened).
4. Drinks purchased at our partner locations must be finished in their establishments. Please do not return to the bike holding an open container; it is illegal to do so here in Atlanta on the sidewalks or streets.

Yes, you must be 16 years of age or older to ride on a Private Tour. Anyone under the age of 16 must wear a helmet during the tour. For our pub tours and any tour that has alcohol on board, everyone must be 21 or older.

We encourage everyone to be comfortably dressed. Please keep in mind you will be pedaling. Also, the bike seats are elevated, so consider how upward breezes may affect your outfit. Please do not wear high heels, open toe shoes, scarfs or sandals. Basically nothing that can easily fall off into traffic or become entangled in the bikes pedaling system.

It is much easier than you’d think! Teamwork makes the dream work! A little effort goes a long way on a group ride. Individual pedaling passengers are only asked to exert a level of energy that is comfortable to them. Our bike does have seats available that require no pedaling at all. Just enjoy the ride. First come first served in regards to seating arrangements unless otherwise specified.

Sure, if your tour was fun and you enjoyed yourself please fill free to leave your tour guide a tip. Please note: Automatic gratuity of 18% will be added to Private Bike Rentals only.

Atlanta weather is notoriously unpredictable; because of this our default policy is “We ride rain or shine.” However, We keep a close eye on the skies and will let you know if the weather will make it unsuitable or unsafe to ride. We will inform you if the ride will be cancelled due to weather. If cancelled, you will receive a full refund or opportunity to reschedule.

Definitely! You are more than welcome to bring socially acceptable decorations. Please note that they may not block our guide’s view, Be taped onto the structure, or be made in a way as to easily fall off the bike. Need to cancel? No problem. A cancelation request made in the first 24 hours after booking your tour will receive a full refund or option to reschedule. A cancelation request made 14 days or more prior to your tour will also receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

A cancelation request made after the aforementioned 14-day window will receive an option to reschedule only. Example. A tour is booked 7 days prior to the tour date. The booker would have 24hrs to cancel for a full refund. After the 24hr period, the booker would only be eligible to reschedule the tour date. This policy assists us in presenting accurate tour availability for all customers, and in scheduling an accurate number of tour guides for all tours.
